Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had neat rooms with comfortable beds, though there was a lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a smoke-free room, and the lighting was too bright for a good night's sleep. The service was friendly and responsive, especially in the dining area, although not very helpful with directions. The location was perfect for nearby functions and provided easy access to the CBD. The dining experience was good overall, with room service available due to ongoing renovations in the restaurant.
The hotel is located well, easy to get to everything with great staff who are friendly and helpful when needed. The indoor heated pool and laundry facilities, along with parking and restaurant, make it a top choice to stay again. A+++ Overall, the only issue I encountered was the need to tile columns in the pool area, which made it feel dark with a small window looking out to a fence, aircon units, and a shed. However, the beautiful and comfy bed, awesome food from room service, and free parking as a bonus outweighed this slight inconvenience.
The hotel offers extra-large rooms with extremely comfortable beds and sensational bathrooms. However, the rooms could do with some updates. Despite being moved three times before settling into a clean room, the final one was disappointing, described as a sad, small space with a tiny fridge suitable for a caravan.
